Hi. I’m Coach Bennett, the Nike Run Club Global Head Coach. I’m here, in your earbuds, to guide you through your first run on the Nike app. And I want to congratulate you on meeting me here, at the starting line. You’ve started, right? You’re running? Good. Keep running. That’s right—run for me. 

Today, we’re going to be running for 25 minutes. That’s all! And that’s a great amount of time, because it gives us time to really ease into it gently, take some time to get to know each other before we build to a peak, and then a long, luxurious afterglow.
