Here’s a Little Golden Book for grownups; New Directions’s design is a delight. DeWitt’s preciousness drives me up a tree, but this story is fun as hell. I can’t tell whether or not I’m supposed to be eye-rolling at the pompous teen aesthete, but certainly the hilarious NY media guys we’re meant to be rolling our eyes at. Anyhow.
