Hi. I’m Coach Bennet, the Nike Run Club Global Head Coach. I’m here, in your earbuds, to guide you through your first run on the Nike app. And I want to congratulate you on meeting me here, at the starting line. You’ve started, right? You’re running? Good. Keep running. That’s right - run for me.
Today, we’re going to be running for 25 minutes. That’s all! And that’s a great amount of time, because it gives us time to really ease into it gently, take some time to get to know each other before we build to a peak, and then a long, luxurious afterglow.
